Frontier is owner-operated by Hunter Collins, with Beth Collins advising. One perspective is from outside Broken Bow, the other is native to it. Decisions get looked at through both lenses.
Hunter Collins
Owner & Founder
Hunter didn't grow up in Broken Bow, but he married into it. His background is in Maine woodlands — real seasons, real storms, real quiet — and he brings a triple perspective to Frontier: cabin owner, property manager, and frequent Airbnb guest. That combination shapes every operational decision, from pricing strategy to how guest issues get handled at midnight.

Advisor
Beth grew up in Broken Bow. The woods, the back roads, the cleaning crews who show up in a storm, and the small-town businesses that keep guests coming back — those relationships aren't something she learned for this job, they're her hometown. She advises Frontier on local market conditions, vendor relationships, and the community knowledge an out-of-town manager simply doesn't have.
One local team, two services
Frontier started as a short-term rental manager, and full-service management is still the core of what we do: we run rental cabins for owners who want the whole operation handled, at 20% of net rental revenue.
The same owners kept asking for something else: a private second home that is never rented, a family cabin that rents a few weekends a year, or a self-managed rental that just needs a local person to clean, check the hot tub, and look the place over once a month. That is Home Care Concierge, from $500 per month, with the scope written down after a walkthrough. The owner keeps control; we perform the agreed care.
Both services are delivered by the same people, using the same cleaners and technicians we use on the cabin we run ourselves. Hot-tub cleaning, service, and repair on every plan is performed with our partner Broken Bow Hot Tub Co.
Frontier Property Management LLC is based at 3156 Old Broken Bow Hwy, Broken Bow, OK 74728. There are unrelated companies with the same name in other states; this one works only in Broken Bow, Hochatown, and the surrounding part of McCurtain County.
